A Practice of Attention

I’m Nicola Byers – artist, yoga teacher, and lifelong student of attention.

 

For more than 30 years, yoga and art have been central practices in my life. Both continue to shape how I move through the world and how I share what I’ve learned through teaching, classes, and creative work.

 

The attention cultivated on the mat carries into the studio.
The sensitivity developed through painting returns to the body.

 

Both practices invite us to slow down and notice what matters.
