With years of personal practice and teaching experience, I guide classes that blend mindful movement with clear, accessible instruction. My approach balances strength and ease, offering both dynamic and gentle practices. Each class is an invitation to explore movement, breath, and presence in a way that feels right for you.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 25 years. Drawn to the connection between mind and body, I explored many styles before settling into Vinyasa and Hatha. Their fluidity, structure, and meditative aspects resonated deeply, making yoga an essential part of how I move through life.
I never planned to teach – I simply wanted to deepen my own practice. But that journey led me to become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) (From Wellness Connection Yoga Academy in Cape Town), and now I share what I’ve learned with others.
My classes are thoughtfully sequenced, balancing movement with stillness. I teach group sessions and work one-on-one with students looking for focused attention, whether to refine their practice, address physical imbalances, or develop greater awareness. I continue to learn and grow as both a teacher and a student.
Along with teaching online and in studios, I regularly host workshops, often collaborating with other yoga teachers and healers to offer a deeper, more holistic experience.
